I'm interested in good sights at a steep discount. If you insist on selling them, let me know. Glock pistols are different enough that I'll probably order a set of front blades in all heights so I can figure out which height each pistol needs before I order night sights. Check out the height calculator on their website at A plain black front blade should cost around $20. The quick solution is to get a taller front sight from Ameriglo. If that's the case with your pistol, a new set of sights could have the exact same problem. I sent it back to Glock, who tested it at 10 and 15, said it was within factory spec, and sent it back unchanged. I had a G17 that hit several inches high at 25 yards and was even worse at 50. I never even gave much thought about elevation when it comes to pistol sights. This has been an important and expensive lesson to learn about pistol sights. I might call the place I bought them from to see if theres any way I can return them for store credit but I really doubt thats possible (understandably since they've been mounted). Wish I had these on my 1911s instead of Novak's (which are also very good. Before I take a file to good sights I think I'm going to post these up on the EE for a severe discount. You will not believe how well the front sight holds your concentration until you try these. These are now on my G26 and I have tested them in all light and absence thereof. I have a tendancy to throw rounds about 5 inches high at 25 yds.Īll in all great sights for duty or personal defense It is still possible to get a group thats touching, it just takes some concentration. However, it makes it hard to do a slow fire for super tight groups. The large cutout in the rear gives lots of visibility for easy and quick target discrimination. They are very fast and make it impossible to not focus on the front sight. I have 2 sets of the warren "I Dot" sights and love them. 4 Great combat sight, not for target shooting. They provide a very clean, unique sight picture designed by one of the best shooters in the country. The Warren sights are perfect for just about any use. So far I prefer the lower profile, thinner width, and contrasting lamps of the Warrens but prefer the high visibility of the HD's. I am unsure if I like the Warrens or HD's more. I also own Trijicon HD's with the orange front. The slight U-Notch on the rear is very easy to track and the low profile yellow rear lamps are an excellent contrast to the green front with white ring. Warren tactical tritium front / one dot tritium rear Green front with white outline / yellow rear no outline Used 75shipped (Great sight for precise shooting, I run these on a longslide. The Warren sights are a simple and intuitive design. Thread starter jmd025 Start date Jan 21, 2022. Wonderful customer service and fast shipping from SKD. If you want precision look elsewhere, if you want fast target acquisition look no further. These are combat sights and they work great for what they are designed to do. However I understand in keeping our cost down, that working from a computer is the way to go.
I would give 5 stars if I had someone to call and talk to about changing them out. Great sights however I ordered the wrong ones. Thanks for being there in a time of need! When I saw that you had these in inventory, I didn't care about the cost or shipping but you were right on target with the last vendor I purchased these sights from and your shipping speed was beyond impressive. Not to mention Warren Tac makes one of the best Glock sites I've ever used. I have the same set on my 30 and wanted both guns to have the same triggers, sites and feel when I transition from one to the other. I've been looking for this set for almost a yeat to but on my 21. Try these and you'll quickly see why they are better than other premium brands. I generally run WT sights on all my glocks.
